You can shop with a full account or check out as a guest with just an email address. Either way, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials, if you create one, secure.

We make a good-faith effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Because many items are sourced from third-party suppliers, minor variations between the listing and the item received (packaging, exact shade, bundled accessories) can occasionally occur. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example due to a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a supplier being unable to fulfill an item — in which case you'll receive a full refund for the affected items.

Coupon codes and loyalty points are subject to the terms shown at the time they're issued (minimum spend, expiry, exclusions). We may limit, modify, or end a promotion at any time; points or discounts already applied to a completed order are not affected retroactively.

All site content — including the FOUNDER OUT name and logo, layout, and original text — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and descriptions may belong to the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to defraud us or other customers, abusing coupon or referral systems, scraping the site at scale, or attempting to access accounts or admin systems that aren't yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOUNDER OUT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
