Account information — name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and date of birth when you register or check out as a guest.

Order & shipping information — shipping address, items purchased, and order history, so we can fulfill and track your orders.

Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe shares back only what we need to confirm and reconcile an order (amount, status, a payment reference).

Usage information — pages viewed, items added to cart or wishlisted, and support conversations you start with us, so we can improve the site and help you faster.

• Process and fulfill orders, and send order/shipping confirmations and updates
• Provide customer support, including through our live chat
• Maintain your account, wishlist, loyalty points, and saved addresses
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, shipping updates)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Improve our products, site, and customer experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, remember a trusted device for two-factor login, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (like checkout) require them to work.

We share the minimum information necessary with a small number of trusted service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, account emails)
• Our fulfillment partner — items on FOUNDER OUT are sourced and shipped by third-party suppliers; we share your shipping address and order details with the supplier fulfilling your specific order so it can be shipped to you

Each of these providers is contractually restricted to using your data only to perform their service for us.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. If you delete your account, we anonymize your profile and retain only what a completed order legally requires us to keep.

You can, at any time from your account settings or by contacting us:

• Review and update your personal information
• Download or request a copy of your order history
• Delete your account
• Ask what data we hold about you and request its correction or erasure

FOUNDER OUT is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
