Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and handed to a carrier within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) this can extend slightly — you'll always be able to see the current status from your order history.

Because many items ship directly from our supplier network rather than a single local warehouse, delivery times vary by item and destination — typically 7–20 business days. Items shipping internationally or from overseas suppliers generally fall toward the longer end of that range. Any known estimate for a specific item is shown on its product page.

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, and free automatically once your cart subtotal reaches $75.00. There's no separate shipping calculator to use — the price you see at checkout is final.

Once your order ships, a tracking number is added to it automatically and you'll be notified — no need to ask. You can check the live status any time from your account.

For orders shipping internationally, the price you pay at checkout does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees your country may charge on arrival — these are set by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders clear customs without any extra charge, but it can happen depending on your country's rules and the order value.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package appears lost, contact us via the chat button in the corner of any page with your order number — we'll look into it with the carrier and make it right.
